Naming Your Feathered Friend
Birds are incredibly social and intelligent animals. A name that's easy to say clearly β especially for parrots that may repeat it! β makes for a better bonding experience.
π‘ Bird Naming Tips
- Short and sharp: One or two syllables with a hard consonant (Rio, Kiwi, Pip) are easiest for your bird to distinguish.
- Avoid "S" names for parrots: Hissing sounds can sometimes agitate birds. Names with open vowels work better.
- Match the color: Azure, Jade, Emerald, or Sunny all tie beautifully to feather colors.
- Listen to their voice: Some bird names sound great when the bird itself eventually says them back!
